Focus and Scope
The Journal of Social Knowledge and History is a scientific journal and only publishes this article. The focus of this journal is mainly the study of sociology, but it is also related to the study of history. The field of sociology as an empirical study of human interaction cannot be separated from the historical aspect. It can be understood that the sociological aspect is always in the evolution of time. Similarly, sociological problems are not always actual, but sometimes they are in the long historical range, known as the study of social history, as the antithesis of political history. Thus, methodologically, the field of sociology is basically inseparable from the field of history, where these two fields complement each other.
Although the focus of JPSS is very clear in the field of sociology, the study of human beings includes various social aspects such as religion, politics, economics, and culture. Therefore, the focus of JPSS can be detailed in the scope below:
Ø Sociology of Culture
Ø Political Sociology
Ø Environmental Sociology
Ø Sociology of Health
Ø Sociology of Communication
Ø Sociology of Religion
Ø Sociology of Education
Ø Socio-Economic
Ø Sociology of Development
Ø political history, and
Ø Social History
JPSS is open to accepting articles on sociological research related to these specific aspects.
